Introduction

We continue our series of articles from the Cryptoware Daily team with an overview of the NFT market ecosystem and ways to make money. In the first guide, we discussed the creation of multi-accounts and farms for abusive activities. We shared the team’s experience and gave some basic knowledge.

We continue revealing the topic of scaling activities by creating different social networks and wallets. This is the second part of the guide, in which we’ll tell you how to abuse NFT raffles using the information from the first part. We’ll show you behind the scenes of raffle creators on Premint using Creator Pass and share what you need to do to make your multi-accounts pass filtering from NFT collection creators.

Before we get to the guide itself, we recommend you to use our structured database on the cryptocurrency and NFT market, built up over the years. You will find helpful services, articles, analytics, tables, and more. The database is free. The mission of the Cryptoware team is to build a strong and competent community. Use our product — Notion (beta version in Russian).

Disclaimer

We see a great demand from the community to report about multi-accounting. But you should know that we do not recommend this earning strategy to everybody without exception.

This article will be suitable first of all for young market participants as one of the earning variants. The strategy requires almost no financial resources, but you will need a lot of free time (the hashtag “earning without investment” is not enough here).

If you abuse projects, you do not bring them any value but only harm. But for startups and gradual familiarisation with the cryptocurrency market, such a strategy will do. As you build up your budget and competence, you can move smoothly to more innovative earning methods. We will try to be your guides in this wild west. Our article topics will help you with this — they are built according to the process: from simple to complex.

What are NFT Raffles?

The raffle — drawing of NFT tokens, held at specialised services, where winners are randomly selected and receive an allowlist for further NFT minting or subsequent sale on marketplaces.

Raffles platforms — analogue of IDO and ICO platforms, for example, DAO Maker or Coinlist. But only related to NFT projects. Let’s consider the most popular marketplaces for raffles:

Premint — we will pay attention to this platform in today’s guide. But similar platforms are also gaining popularity among the NFT community.

Superful — analogue of Premint, but recently gaining popularity.

Magic Eden Drops — analogue of Premint, but more suitable for raffles on Solana. Ethereum support has also appeared recently.

HeyMint — analogue of Premint, more suitable for small collections since using the site is free.

What is a Premint?

Even before the free-mint craze, there were raffle sites. But, it wasn’t until late spring 2022 that they started to gain momentum. In early April, there was a Premint Collector Pass — it was free. And later, the cost per NFT Pass was as high as 3 ETH.

Participants of the NFT market understood that it was possible to earn on this hype and started to make multi-accounts for participation in raffles on Premint. The math is simple: the greater the number of accounts — the higher the chance of winning the allowlist. But over time, the race for quantity began to turn into a race for account quality. That’s what we’ll talk about in this guide.

Premint — web3 allowlist platform. It is widely used by the world’s leading NFT artists, communities and brands. Among the collections that have used the platform: Xcopy, Cool Cats, Moonbirds, Rug Radio, VeeFriends, The Potatoz and others. The first and most popular service in a similar theme.

The platform is used to distribute allowlists for mint collections randomly. At the same time, it distributes allowlists fairly and is a convenient service for creators of NFT collections.

One of the tasks of the platform is to provide convenient and working tools to filter multi-accounts from participation in raffles and to award allowlists only to real users.

Where to Search for Premint Raffles?

Twitter bots are a great way to find raffles. We recommend Premint, Superful and HeyMint raffles aggregator — Premint Alert Bot. But, the most promising projects are best searched in closed alpha groups in Discord.

From public sources — in our Telegram channel, we publish a list of raffles every week. We search, analyse projects, assign them a rating (Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3) and publish a list to save you time.

Fall 2022 NFT Passes trending — NFTs with access to closed communities. One famous pass with a great utility from Premint. If you’re more serious, buy the Premint Collector Pass. We’ll tell you about it next.

Premint Collector Pass

Premint Collector Pass — an NFT collection of 10,000 passes that gives extra privileges to holders. An indispensable thing for abuse raffles. The passed value on the secondary market at the moment of writing this article is 0.4 ETH. What are the features that give holders get:

  • Access to additional features in the dashboard.
  • Access to all NFT raffles in one place.
  • Access to the beta features of the platform.
  • Newsletter about trending projects.
  • It allows you to check the dashboard allowlists you’ve received quickly.
  • Access to raffles only for pass holders (collaboration).
  • Access to the calendar for raffle management.
  • Discounts for partner services (beneficial, by the way).
  • Function to unsubscribe from projects on Twitter (new feature).

How to Analyze NFT Raffles?

If you are interested in analysing specific projects and not just using our Raffles lists, we have already mentioned all the necessary services for analysing NFT collections in the previous articles. Let’s briefly remind you how we distinguish promising projects from the garbage. The leading indicators of legitimacy:

  • Mentions in secure chats and channels in Discord. In a word — in alpha groups.
  • The project’s social activity on Twitter and Discord: a large number of quality NFT Influencers subscribed to the project, an active discussion of the project in the comments, the presence of likes and retweets and a large number of subscribers.
  • They do not use Twitter bots to gain followers.
  • People talk about the project: discussions in Telegram chats and in the channels' comments.
  • A famous artist was involved in the creation of the collection.
  • Collection of a prominent Influencer, global brand, or Web3 project.
  • NFT collection sneak pics are high-quality, well-designed and suitable for collection or use as a PFP (Profile Picture).
  • An exciting or trendy idea for the collection. Ideally, the presence of a utility.
  • The roadmap is present. Not all collections have it, but its presence is a definite plus.
  • Getting an allowlist for a project is hard enough. They do not throw around allowlists but give them out only for a significant contribution to the project’s ecosystem.

How to Participate in NFT Raffles?

To participate in Raffles, you need a Twitter account, Discord, Email and a Metamask wallet with some ETH for gas.

Usually, registration looks like this — subscribe to the project’s Twitter, like and retweet the post, join Discord and click Click To Register. If you win an allowlist or waitlist — you’ll get an email with further actions.

As for multi-accounts — it’s more complicated here. Our first guide on crypto-activities abuse covered the main points that apply to creating a raffle farm. Let’s briefly remind you what you will need.

Anti-detect browsers:

  • Dolphin Anty. We use and recommend this anti-detect browser. Ten free browser profiles are included.
  • ADS Power. Also a great browser we use. But only two free browser profiles are given.

Proxy Services:

Metamask wallets:

  • Coinool. A tool for quick wallet creation.

Social networks:

Account Activation:

  • SMS-Activate. If the account was terminated on SMS — confirm via this service.

Replenishment of Metamask wallets:

  • Disperse App. Convenient service for recharging all purses for multi-accounts in a single transaction. Multisender.

Premint Creator Pass

Well, let’s get to the fun part. We bought Premint Creator Pass for 1 ETH, and we will review this service of creating custom NFT raffles from the abuser’s side, not the collection funder’s. And yes, by no means buy the Pass on the secondary market — it will not function. Only buy from the official website!

Premint Creator Pass — gives access to the functionality for creating custom raffles. This is handy for any funder to distribute allowlists for the project’s community fairly. The pass costs 1 ETH. This pass can be used an unlimited number of times after purchase. In this article, we won’t describe functionality for holders — we are only interested in a multi accounts filtration system.

Premint’s Filtering System

There are too many multi-accounts, and we had to find a way to separate them from real people. Usually, NFT projects filter users in two steps: with Premint Creator Pass functionality and manually using Excel spreadsheets. We haven’t found any reviews on the web about deep filtering of accounts by the NFT project’s funders. So use our analytics based on personal experience.

Let’s take a closer look at those features aimed to filter bots and multi-accounts on Premint.

When you register for the raffle, you get to the table of Entries. Here you can see your wallet address, date and time of registration, amount of ETH in your wallet, Twitter profile link and amount of subscribers, and information about your Discord account. Interface Entries:

Premint has several features to weed out multi-accounts from raffles:

  1. If the task in the raffle was to keep 0.1 ETH in your wallet, you registered, but at the time of raffle results, you have less ETH in your wallet — you won’t be allowed to win.
  2. You probably wouldn't win the raffle if you registered more than three accounts from one IP.
  3. If your Twitter account has less than 100 followers, you might not get into the winner's list.
  4. If your Twitter account is less than 90 days old, there’s a good chance you’ll get deleted.

We highly recommend following these conditions 100% when registering multi-accounts. This is the easiest filtering that almost all collections use.

For example, you have a collection of 5,000 NFTs, but only 1,000 people can win in a raffle. The average number of registrations for a raffle is between 30,000 and 50,000 people. More than half of the participants are filtered using Premint’s built-in functionality. The Tier-1 project, for example, The Potatoz from 9GAG — had 210,000 participants. What the interface looks like in the Remove Bots tab:

Remember which accounts pass and are not filtered by the built-in functions of the site:

  1. A maximum of 3 accounts per IP address.
  2. Twitter is older than 90 days and with 100 followers.
  3. The wallet must hold the amount to participate in the raffle until the results are summarised.

Manual Filtering System via Excel

After the first iteration of multi-account filtering via Premint — projects export a table with all members and start filtering it more intelligently. What the table looks like when downloading:

We get the wallet address, date and time of registration, Twitter account link, number of subscribers and registration date. If you had to use Discord in the raffle, this information would also get into the table. The ETH balance on the wallet is also exported with the table.

NFT collections act further — they transform and filter the information they receive. We’ll show you how it happens in practice:

Leave only what we need to filter:

  1. Wallet address.
  2. Date of registration on the raffle and IP address.
  3. Name, number of followers and date of Twitter registration.
  4. The amount of ETH on balance (convert it to a dollar amount).

Next, we start filtering. Below we will look at low-quality multi-accounts patterns and how to identify them quickly.

How to Properly Create Multi-Accounts?

For further understanding: the battery of accounts is a list of registrations with similar account data registered in Raffle at about the same time or with a minor frequency, displayed in an Excel table.

Let’s start working with the data. What the funders look at when filtering the participants:

  • If the registration date was made almost at the same time (the so-called battery of accounts, which uses scripts to register) — immediately filtered.

If you use software — put registrations by timestamp with a certain periodicity.

  • Similar names of Twitter accounts are filtered. For example, include vasya91, alex95, roman87 / sdad_eth, yeas_eth, potrs_eth and so on. This is filtered by eye if the funders see a battery of accounts. Or if you can see that the account is bought and not with a changed nickname, for example — kaylissa922948, amirah2330023.

Use unique Twitter nicknames.

  • Multi-accounts have about the same number of followers because they use scam services. If you register ten accounts in a row with 150 followers on Twitter, for example — you will be filtered out.

Get a different number of followers.

  • If you bought Twitter accounts — autoregisters, you would have at about the same time registering accounts — you will be filtered out.

Don’t buy autoregs.

  • If you have a Twitter account older than 2012, that’s weird. You may be considered an abuser, as such accounts are often sold on social media marketplaces—similar information with young charges.

Use accounts from 2014–2020.

  • You have less than $50 in dollar terms in your ETH wallet — consider that you have already been filtered. The higher the number of raffle registrations — the higher the passing limits.

Keep at least 0.1 ETH on your account. For registrations in large projects from 0.5 ETH.

  • If your wallets have about the same amount of ETH, that signifies multi-accounts (if you register with a battery).

Keep different amounts of ETH in your wallets.

  • If you used multi sender, for example, Disperse App — there’s a big chance you will be expelled. This can easily be checked with a smart contract or through Breadcrumbs.

Also, register via our OKX link. Why OKX? The exchange stands out for its high trading volume, a growing number of users, and reliability, especially against the background of recent problems with Binance for Russian citizens. We have been using the exchange for a long time and appreciate OKX for its low commissions, high liquidity, fast transactions, and user-friendly interface, but the main feature is the ability to use sub-accounts. Few exchanges support the creation of sub-accounts, and our journey began with FTX. However, after the collapse of FTX, we switched to OKX, which is perfect as an exchange for Sybils.

How do you eliminate the chance of a project deciding you’re a retrohunter? The key point in multi-accounting is to avoid crossing wallets and use sub-accounts, where the exchange provides different addresses for input, but the money is stored in one place. And this is where OKX comes to the rescue.

Bottom line

Additional rules for proper registration of multi-accounts:

  1. Don’t register accounts with a battery.
  2. Do a quality branding of your Twitter profile: nickname, description, avatar and header.
  3. Get at least 500 followers. Trust me, and it increases your chances of winning raffles.
  4. Warm up your wallets, do not use new wallets without transactions on them. Wallets should have a history.
  5. Nickname and branding on Discord and Twitter should ideally match.

An example of what a raffle account might look like:

We have noticed that the filtering level of NFT collections is increasing daily. The number of raffle participants is rising because of multi-accounts — the competition is growing. There are fewer of those who will skim NFT for ETH. Especially if the value of NFT starts from 0.15 ETH and higher. Because bear market trading volumes on secondary NFT exchanges are falling, many collections are not mined, even big and promising ones. How do you make multi-accounts legitimate to win raffles in such a market?

It’s better to create ten outstanding accounts than 100 mediocre ones. The result will be better, and I have personally tested it. What are the most telling moments of you as raffles participants in NFT projects:

  • The more followers you have on Twitter, the better. We have an account with 30,000 followers — it wins almost all raffles. In experience, accounts of 2,000 or more have a high pass rate.
  • The more ETH on Metamask, the easier it will be to get an allowlist. We have come to this conclusion by experience.

In our opinion, these are the most important indicators of the legitimacy of accounts to win raffles. Make only quality accounts for Premint. Don’t create 100500+ standard profiles. It doesn’t work anymore.
